Paul S. Sandhu
President

As President of White Horse, Paul leads the company’s day-to-day operations and strategy, bringing unique insight and expertise from his reputable history in business and management. Prior to purchasing White Horse he was an EVP at one of fastest growing 3PLs in the Midwest.    During his tenure he was responsible for its exponential growth in service and revenue. He received his bachelor and master’s degrees from Michigan State University in Packaging and Material Logistics Management (Supply Chain).

Sonnu Sandhu
Vice President

As Vice President of White Horse, Sonnu brings her experience in operational finance and applies it as it relates to logistics.  Prior to jointly purchasing White Horse with Paul; Sonnu was responsible for the operation and financial management of a chain of retail stores. Sonnu is an experienced team leader with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills. She can manage complex scheduling and large data sets. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting and finance from Wayne State University respectively.  

 

 

Kassem Aloumery
Operations Manager

As Operations Manager of White Horse, Kassem brings his boots on the ground experience to the daily management of White Horse’s owner operators and drivers.  Prior to Kassem’s current role with White Horse; he was an owner operator himself. Kassem’s experience has allowed White Horse to overcome obstacles in real-time to avoid service and quality disruptions.

 

 

Mohammad Malik
Planning and Operations Support

As Planning and Operations Support of White Horse, Mohammad is responsible to facilitate and disseminate information between operations, accounting and owners operators as well as drivers. Mohammad is the liaison between our Partners, Customers and White Horse ensuring requirements are continually met.  He also is continually improving our processes through quality evaluations from all stakeholders. He received his BS in MIS from Hashemite University, and completed MBA modules from Liverpool University.

Andrew Johnson

As White Horse’s In-House CPA, Andrew is responsible with development of all proformas and financial statements with the organization.  Andrew is responsible for all financial compliance items within White Horse.  His years of experience working with a multitude of clients has given him insights into the relationship between operations and finance.  Andrew works closely with White Horse management to insure its financial solvency and future growth.  He obtained his Bachelors in accounting from Oakland University.  

Imran Alkhateeb
Planning and Operations Support

As Safety Coordinator, Imran has the most integral role within White Horse.  Imran is tasked with applying all FMCSA and DOT regulations to insure White Horse is operating in compliance with all regulations and statutes.  He is also responsible for the alignment of FMCSA requirements as it relates to the hiring process.  Daily the HOS and the monitoring of E-logs is conducted by Imran to maintain alignment with all regulations.   Corrective actions such as warning letters and corrective actions are privy to his responsibilities; which includes refresher training for operators.  Also, in accordance with regulations he is tasked with maintaining all maintenance records associated with tractors and trailers.  He also is responsible for quarterly filings including permit requirements as needed.  He received his BSC from the University of Jordan.
